1. 編輯 → 屬性
2. 進階 → 網路 → 離線資料儲存 容量設定 (先去把 cache 目錄資料清空, 並設定大小)
3. 網址列輸入: “about:config”
4. 點選 “我發誓，我一定會小心的!”
5. 滑鼠右鍵新增 “字串” → “browser.cache.disk.parent_directory” (新增此字串)
   1. Windows 可考慮 “x:\TEMP\firefox”
   2. Linux 可新增 “/tmp/ram/firefox”

在網址列輸入

在網址列輸入「about:config」，搜尋「keyword.URL」，改成

1. 執行登錄編輯程式regedit，刪除「HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mozilla\Firefox \extensions」裡面的{20a82645-c095-46ed-80e3-08825760534b}，這樣就可以移除這個擴充套件。
2. 在Firefox的網址列輸入about:config，確認警告訊息後，尋找「general.useragent.extra.microsoftdotnet」這個項目，在上面按下右鍵，從右鍵選單選擇「重設」，這樣可以把被上面的擴充套件修改的User anent字串復原。
3. 關閉Firefox，找到Windows目錄底下的「\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\Windows Presentation Foundation\」並把裡面的東西——包含DotNetAssistantExtension目錄，是擴充套件的內容；以及一個 NPWPF.dll，是屬於外掛程式的部份——全部刪除。
